Art as inspiration. Typography as a foundation. Curiosity as the driver.
Over 20 years. Enough to see trends start, evolve, and circle right back around. I’ve worked in agencies. Fast-paced, detail-obsessed environments where everything is a team sport. Deadlines, clients, collaborations. I loved it. Then, there was freelancing. Freedom, flexibility, and space to explore. A different rhythm entirely. I couldn’t choose one over the other—so I didn’t. I took the best of both worlds and made them my own.
Art has always been a thread. Photography too. Both have quietly slipped into my work, shaping how I see, how I create, and how I process images. Did I mention image processing? Yes, I do that. Knowledge, honed over years, flows into every project. It’s not mechanical for me; it’s personal. Always.
Typography? Ah, now we’re talking love. Real love. The analog kind. Back to when type was tactile and demanded respect. That’s where it all began for me. And it lingers, defines. Fonts, spacing, letters—they’re not just functional to me. They carry emotion, history, stories. They’re the heartbeat of communication design. Everything I create is layered, intentional, and driven by curiosity. Freelancing gave me freedom. Agencies tuned my focus. Art and photography added depth. And typography? Typography grounds it all.
